Liars being lied to
Betrayers are betrayed
Infrastructure crumbling
In a million different ways
Criminal acts are sanitized
Robbers being robbed
Imposters are imposed upon
Overpricers losing jobs
Drug dealers become customers
Victims of what they serve
False prophets have been plagiarized
But Jesus wrote no words
Borders left wide open
While fighting other wars elsewhere
Allegiance to this country
Has been stationed over there
With all the politicians pushing
The same foreign policies
Why do you act as if your vote
Has any legitimacy
Surrounded by our enemies
The great influx inside our walls
Wealth transfer of our property
It’s how an empire falls
