Welcome to the theater of the absurd. After further investigation, we have determined that the Saudis played a large part in the attacks on 9/11. Instead of invading them for their actions, we have chosen to remain allies and sell them weapons of mass destruction while once again preparing to invade Iran, yet another country that had nothing to do with 9/11.
It is the Iranians that are responsible for the drone attacks on Saudi oil fields while the Yemini rebels are taking the credit for it.
Don’t worry about all that Saudi weaponry not being utilized when the industry responsible for all their wealth was under attack. To question along these lines is believing in a conspiracy theory that should not be tolerated.
But most of all, do not ever make the connection between endless wars abroad and loss of freedom at home.
Of course, there is little chance of that. The American people would have to admit that they were wrong.
And recent history has shown that they would rather kill millions of innocent people than do that.

...and in the end the new war will be tossed into the cone of silence, along with Fukushima and all other things we must not speak or think about, ever; lest our very sanity be forfeit.
PS: Nobody needs a war more than a president with 36% approval rating.
Hard to juggle all the problems he keeps making worse.
